Delete your account

The fastest option is inside NXTRUNN: Profile → Settings → Data & Export → Delete account. You can also request deletion here by email if you no longer have access to the app.

Request account deletion

What happens

Your profile, health and workout activity, posts, comments, check-ins, rewards, and other user-owned data are deleted.
App Store or Google Play subscriptions must be canceled separately; deleting the account does not stop store billing.
Transaction, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute, and legal-request records may be retained where required by law. Shared ticketed events may remain with your identity removed.
Email requests require account-ownership verification before deletion.
