Inside Out Run Club
Inside Out Run Club is a Long Island based running community powered by Inside Out Impact Inc., a nonprofit 501(c)(3) built on movement, wellness, and connection. We host weekly runs across Nassau and Suffolk County and welcome both runners and walkers at every level. Our community trains for and participates in everything from 5Ks to marathons. As a program of Inside Out Impact Inc., we focus on elevating the health and wellness of BIPOC communities on Long Island. Beyond running, we build meaningful community through social events, fitness classes, businesses workshops, networking and kid friendly activities. Members stay connected through our WhatsApp community which includes subgroups for wellness, business owners, networking, parents & caregivers, men, women, and local events. We are not just a run club, we are a community built from the inside out.
