Accessibility Statement

1. Our commitment

NXTRUNN is committed to making its platform accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We aim to provide an inclusive experience across the web app, our iOS/Android apps, and the Partners Portal.

2. Conformance target

We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, and we use these guidelines to inform our design, development, and testing. Our goal is to meet (and where possible exceed) the standards referenced by laws such as the ADA (US), Section 508, the EU Web Accessibility Directive / EN 301 549 and European Accessibility Act, the UK Equality Act, the AODA (Ontario), and Australia's DDA.

The platform is currently partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA: it meets many of the requirements, and we are actively remediating known gaps.

3. Measures we take

• Designing with sufficient color contrast, scalable text, and clear focus states;
• Supporting keyboard navigation and screen readers where feasible;
• Providing text alternatives for meaningful images and icons;
• Using semantic structure and accessible UI components;
• Considering accessibility in design reviews and ongoing development.

4. Known limitations

Some content — including user-generated content (photos, posts) and certain third-party components (e.g., maps, payment, embedded widgets) — may not be fully accessible or is outside our direct control. We work to minimize barriers and to offer alternatives where possible.

Accessibility is an ongoing commitment. We periodically review the platform and incorporate improvements as our design and development evolve.
