Affiliate Disclosure

1. Why you're reading this

Transparency matters. This Disclosure explains how NXTRUNN LLC and members of its community may earn money through referrals, affiliate links, sponsorships, and promoted placements on the platform.

2. Affiliate & referral relationships

• NXTRUNN may participate in affiliate or referral programs and may earn a commission when you click certain links or make purchases through them, at no extra cost to you.
• NXTRUNN operates referral and affiliate features (e.g., partner affiliate links and referral invites). Partners and users who participate may earn rewards, credits, or commissions for referrals they generate.
• Where a link, listing, or recommendation is affiliate-monetized, we will identify it (e.g., "affiliate link," "ad," "sponsored," or similar) as required by law.

3. Sponsored & promoted content

• [Portal] Businesses and organizers can pay for promotional placement — for example, the self-serve Standout event upgrade ($49 launch price), plus featured/sponsored listings or challenges. Headline event placement is admin/sponsor-only. Paid placement affects visibility, not the substance of reviews or rankings, and promoted items are labeled as sponsored/promoted.
• Editorial or community content that is sponsored will be clearly disclosed.

4. Reviews stay honest

Paid placement never buys a positive review. Reviews and ratings come from real users (see the Community Guidelines), and businesses may not pay for, fake, or manipulate reviews.

5. Disclosures by users and partners

If you are a user, coach, club, business, or organizer who posts content while having a material connection to a product, brand, or NXTRUNN itself (you're paid, given free products, earn a commission, etc.), you must disclose it clearly and conspicuously, as required by the FTC Endorsement Guides and similar rules. NXTRUNN may add or require disclosure labels.
